By creating an account and using MyFame, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate registration information and are fully liable for any activity that occurs under your chosen username.
MyFame empowers creators to share their digital identity. You strictly agree NOT to use our platform to host, promote, or link to illegal content, malware, phishing sites, unauthorized copyrighted media, or fraudulent schemes. Accounts found violating these rules will be immediately suspended.
MyFame Pro is a recurring subscription service. All payments are processed securely by our partner, Paystack. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and we do not offer refunds for partial months.
While we strive for maximum reliability, MyFame is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime and are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions or platform maintenance.
You maintain the right to delete your account at any time. MyFame reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the platform's integrity.
